        This was the second time I used Gene's and will probably be the last. They stopped at the obstruction in our basement that eventually turned out to be tree roots. In all fairness they did clean out the pipeline to the main problem but they didn't complete the job. I had someone else come in and they finished the job. Money was wasted. Should have hired someone wa camera to begin with.

        Great person. Did a fantastic job with my plumbing. I highly recommend him. And I will be using him again. He told us everything that was going on with the plumbing.

        We had to have them come back out a few times since our original time we called the first time they came out they got there snake caught in the pipe and had to come back out the next day inorder to get it out

      We came to your house on 10/23/23 and used the sewer machine and ran the line several times with no success. We came out the second day and jetted the line and cleared it. We did notify you of a spot in your basement that may need fixed at a later date if the problem persisted. We do have cameras? One thing a lot of people don't understand is that your sewer line is just like anything else we own and requires regular maintenance.
