        IF I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT KEEP YOU UP TO DATE AND DECIDE THINGS ON THE FLY. DEPENDING ON WHO YOU TALK TO YOU GET A DIFFERENT DESCRIPTION OF HOW THE JOB WILL GO. BUYER BEWARE THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

        I recently had a pipe burst in my kitchen, which required mitigation services. SERVPRO promptly provided great service and put my mind at ease knowing the situation was being handled. The Project Manager, Emma was great to work with! Brookes, Dawn, Theo & Kasey were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who is going through any type of property loss!

      Hi Lori. We're surprised to hear your thoughts on our team in Fort Wayne. Before the work authorization was signed, our crews communicated with you that with this being a self-pay job we would need half down and half upon completion. With it being a one-day job, we would need payment in full at end of service today. When our crews arrived on site, they noticed that that there were secondary issues within the crawlspace that would expand our scope of work. In further discussions, the full payment amount that was agreed upon wasn't received so our management team made a decision to pull the crew from the jobsite.
