      image The team at the downtown Des Moines location was absolutely fabulous. Trey was extremely kind and wonderful and even offered me a ride back to my house when I returned the car. Would not consider anyone but enterprise for my rental needs!

      image I make a reservation on the phone I was told to come get car before they close got there 30 minutes before closing time and was told they have no car and there was a lot of cars in the parking lot when why she had no reason I will never recommend this location to anyone and this was the assistant manager Jaclynnne Baldwin she left a bad taste in my mouth she is a bad representative for Enterprise car rental and the corporate manager should look into her actions
