Big fan of Keenan and On the Spot Heating and Cooling... Keenan communicates and shows up on time. Does what needs to be done and nothing more... no stretching or packing parts etc... just honest work for a fair price. Sounds simple but not easy to find these days.

I contacted On the Spot Heating at 8:00am and they were onsite by 11:30am. Figured out my issue and repaired it right away. Very courteous and professional. They will be my go-to guys going forward.

Our heat went out during the subzero spell. We called Keenan on a friends recommendation and he was here in little over an hour. His work was very professional and he discovered the issue and after replacing the gas valve, we were up and running again! We highly recommend him and his work!!

Absolutely best experience! Keenan was able to identify the problem quickly (which by the way was created by the last company that serviced my hvac) and my heat was back on! Fast, efficient and service with kindness!
On the Spot Hvac is the best and I highly recommend.
