What an absolutely wonderful experience! I just signed my lease today and I couldnt be more thrilled with the staff at the leasing office. Anthony is a joy to work with. He made the leasing process smooth and easy for me. I absolutely love the property and the pool and amenities are spectacular! If you have an opportunity to live here, do it! Few apartments in Baltimore are as secure, and no apartment in Baltimore that I am aware of has its own grocery store and wine store! Bravo Liberty!

Valencia S., Sales and Marketing Associate at LHE, is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Planning an interstate relocation from a house to an apartment after 20 years has been a huge stressor for me. But working with Valencia is easing some of that stress. Valencia has spent a considerable amount of time with me touring units, helping me weigh my options, making sure I'm being practical about my primary needs in my new living space, figuring out storage options and future apartment upgrade options, and finally, working through the application process as a currently self-employed person. In an era where customer service is lacking, I am delighted that I am working with Valencia to possibly make LHE my new home in Baltimore!!

My husband and I just moved into Liberty Harbor East and have had the most amazing sales & marketing associate , Valencia Steen, who has helped us from start to finish and then some! She continues to go above and beyond, entertaining the myriad of questions we have as new tenants. She is so gracious and helped us find the perfect apartment in the building and continues to be generous with her time. It was so evident how loved she is by other tenants in the building when we were there just touring the building with her as everyone went out of their way to say hi to her and she was genuinely interested in each person. I look forward to our new home at LHE!
