This place has greatly improved since their renovations. I'm not sure if it's a corporate change or what. The staff is always friendly and helpful

Ok 7-Eleven with decent staff. But you'll get hit up by a pan-handler on their stoop about 25% of the time. And I've even had people asking for money inside.
