I went for a tour and the leasing agent who helped me had great energy and he was really nice! His name is Alejandro, he was very professional and he managed to answer all my doubts and questions. The apartments are beautiful and you're close to everything.

I went to tour the community with my friend yesterday on 4/4/24...while the community is beautiful the customer service is horrible...the guy who toured us couldn't answer basic questions that we had and/or gave us the wrong information...when he asked what the budget is we gave him a number...I then asked about viewing the lofts and he went on to say "we will not like those because its $4700-$5000 a month" now we are two successful black women in our careers and college educated...instead he assumed that we couldn't afford the unit based on the color of our skin...if we were white women inquiring about it, he wouldn't say that...just because a customer gives a budget, that doesn't mean that they couldn't afford anything more expensive...it was a racist thing to assume as well as rude. Aside from the ignorance, he wasn't knowledgeable about the community at all. Why would this luxury community have someone working there that is prejudice AND unknowledgeable? There needs to be training of the staff or whomever is in that leasing office...for example...we simply asked if they have Fios service and he did not know what Fios is...how is that possible? We asked if there is a deposit to rent the clubroom, he told us there wasn't...the manager there told us that there IS a deposit...it became annoying that he didn't know much...and if you have a disabled relative or friend that would want to live there...don't even bother as they do not have reserved, handicap parking like other luxury communities. I was considering moving there with my high six figure salary when my current lease is up, but that will not happen since they think that I cannot afford it anyway...what a waste of time and disappointment. Luxury community with ghetto customer service

Comfortable and conveniently located. Great having a full kitchen (though we only really used the refrigerator and dishes) and a washer/dryer. Much more relaxing than being cooped up in a hotel room, especially for 10 days. A few days the fire alarm was being tested which was a bit inconvenient, but better to know its working than not know. My partner really enjoyed using the gym as well. Would definitely stay again!

-- Been here at the apartments (not the hotel--it's both) for long enough to review it. I will try to be objective. --
I just can't justify giving a higher rating than 2/5. I considered a 1/5, too. Prior, I did a TON of research on apartments in the area, and there are DEFINITELY WORSE but finding anything better based on reviews was near impossible.
Breakdown:
Pros:
-Complex is very nice
-Many units are brand new
-Decent little fitness center, they didn't cheap out on the equipment although a real gym is always better
-They restock a community fridge with drinks in the lobby
-Clean (besides your unit)
-Friendly staff
-High quality thermostat (it's pretty nice)
-Great area
-other cool amenities you probably know about already
-lots of storage space in apt
Cons:
-MANAGEMENT: Incompetent management (yep), you'll have to call them every step of the way to get through the leasing process, not to mention they'll tell you one thing and then another staff member will say the opposite. They don't seem to care about leasing apartments much.
-PRICING: Egregious pricing. There are pricier places around here, but you DO NOT get what you pay for. The price of these apartments is like $300 over what it should be. They are a lot smaller than they seem online, too. ALSO, the "starting at $XXXX" is a LIE, your actual price will probably be at least $100 extra. There are fees and the price they show for a unit is if you lease the maximum amount of time (and doesnt include monthly fees).
-APPLIANCES: Somewhat cheap appliances. They are prone to breaking. Not luxury apartment quality, that's for sure.
-HOT WATER: Small water tanks: hot shower water lasts for 15 mins max, often less. Requires turning up the tank heat (higher elec bil)
-NOISE: Not the worst I've been in but every floor has some kind of noise problem, depending on your unit it could be minor, or major. Top floor I've heard can get really annoying if near elevators, trash, or sky lounge, and the HVAC on the roof is audible and annoying! Lower floors suffer from thin ceilings and you'll hear your upstairs neighbor. Make your choice. If you go top floor you'll pay more, and sit and listen for a while to make sure the HVAC isn't loud in your unit. It turns off often and can stay off for a while. If you aren't sensitive at all then it's no big deal. Haven't really heard anyone next door.
-STUPID FORCED SERVICES: 1. Latch, used to open literally any door in the building including the elevators and your unit's is a pain. It crashes often, takes about 7 seconds to unlock a door, and just makes everything take longer. 2. Fetch, you pay for this, they take your package and you schedule a delivery window. Then they bring it to your door during a 3 hr window. That's it. 3. Jetty: unless you can get them a cashiers check for the deposit you're gonna be using this service for your deposit.
-MAINTENANCE: Okay, so they're good people and when they do show up they do their job well, but the service as a whole is just lacking because there is little communication until they decide to come. I believe this is more of a management problem. I have heard that some people have been going a while without A/C and heating.
-MISC: When I moved in my floors were pretty dirty (Brand new apartment by the way). Had to scrape stuff off the hardwoods. 1bd/bth has NO CEILING LIGHT. Yeah, they decided to save 40 bucks and not install one. And I don't mean the bulb is missing. They just put a lid/cap there.
I do not think most residents are very happy here, but it's not the worst apartment I've lived in so I'm fine (and probably more tolerant). Hopefully this helps someone who was in my situation. If so, I encourage you to write a review when you pick your apartment. There is a lack of info online for this area. And beware of fake reviews. Good luck.
