Shouldn't even do 1 star buts there's no other option. Inflated bids. Gauging the public. Don't even get a bid. Better yet...go ahead get a bid then go to an ethical auto body.

Overall, not a great experience. I was referred by Traveler's insurance to this location. The originally scheduled date of repairs was about two months from the initial contact. I had to reschedule because of lack of communication, so add another month and a half before even getting my car into the shop. Once the car was dropped off I was told it would be about a week to repair the car. Carstar did not have my parts ready after almost four months of waiting and had to delay the repair estimate for almost another month. I will be needing to take the car back due to moisture in the headlights, gaps between the bumper and body, chips in the paint which is obviously due to the instillation of the driver side headlight. I would leave a 1 star review but the people at the front desk were friendly and at least showed some sign of frustration with the delays as well. If your on any kind of time frame I would really pass on this location.
