      image The attitude of the office staff is very bad. When I checked out, I just handed in the key and found that I had left something in the room that day. When I returned, I asked them to open the door for me. They said that you had no right to enter the room once you checked out. That makes me wonder, why? You can go back and pick up anything you leave in a hotel, but not Everly. And it's all the unfair clause, laziness.
