Great service but I paid dearly for 10 minutes of work.   Again,  lesson learned,  I get they have bills to pay but so do I.

Backlund came out to fix an emergency issue when other companies gave me 3-4 days delay. Kudos to Chris and his team for timely professional service - they are the best!
