        I order Flowers from Blooms in Rockbrook about once a month. today i needed some flowers delivered by noon to Hillside Elementary and Hyvee floral opens at 0700 so I called 3 times between 0700 and 0715 before someone answered. When they did answer, I received attitude from the beginning of the conversation as if I was putting her out. Only after I told the woman nicely that I was going to go another route did she start to act like she cared. Im hoping she was just having a bad morning, but it certainly reminded me why I call somewhere that values my business. call Hy vee if you just want to be another number...call Blooms if you want good customer service AND great Flowers.
