      image Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all the questions that I had and explained everything very well.
      Being my first hearing aids, I wanted to go elsewhere for another consultation to compare products as well as price. I went to Miracle-Ear on loudon rd in concord. They had no record of my appointment change, the secretary acted like I was interrupting her when I walked in. As I was sitting there filling out paperwork, a patient (older gentleman) & Dr walked out and everything they were telling him just gave me a bad vibe. So I suddenly had an emergency and left.
      Im going back to hearing life.
