BE AWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR NET EFFECTIVE RENT. If you are thinking about moving here for the free months rent and net effective rate be aware that the building owner does not honor this. They are unwilling to adjust the free months to make the net effective actually work for all months of the lease. You will end up paying FULL RENT for multiple months with no option to execute an addendum to your lease to fix the simple mistake. Management is absolutely abysmal and does not care.

Currently staying in this apartment and it's been a great experience! The staff and management are amazingalways friendly and quick to address any concerns. The apartment offers a fantastic view, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Highly recommend for a pleasant living experience.

Been living here for 6 months, the leasing agents and front desk people here have all been pleasant and easy to work with. The building is also quite clean despite this being such large property and tenants with dogs. I must say that I do see them putting in effort to maintain the building. I have a studio that I feel is priced competitively compared to some other options I looked at prior to moving here. The amenity spaces are good. I do wish there was a shuttle service but the path station isn't that far. Management has been okay thus far.

I moved in here less than a month ago and it has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. On Friday, there were TWO separate domestic violence disputes that police had to be called for. I was awoken by a tenant screaming about killing herself after her boyfriend and her came in fighting. After awhile I had to knock to let them know how disturbing their conduct was at which point I was confronted by a woman with blood gushing out of her mouth. I had to call 911 and wait in the lobby because the property management company does not have overnight concierge or any way for the police to get in. This place has been a nightmare. Their policies are not enforced. Some of my neighbors have such disturbing dogs that scream all day. Ive lost so much to my mental health. You cannot get in contact with Goose Property Management. They have a woman name Esther in charge of this building and she might respond to one email a day. The building is horribly ran. I dont think their background checks are legit. I cant even get help with the amenities as other tenants are so blatantly disrespectful to other residents. This place is a jungle and less than a month in Im stuck here for the duration of my lease. All I want to do is peacefully enjoy my apartment and it is literally impossible. Dont fall for the aesthetics of the place. I thought that the bad reviews were from people not used to city living, but no. Ive lived in NYC and Jersey City. This specific building is a living nightmare. I cannot wait to move out.
