I have been renting in Albuquerque for the past 8 years or so, and this is by far the best complex that I've rented at. I love the spaciousness and layout of my unit, and all of my maintenance requests have been taken care of courteously and promptly. I wish that I'd found this complex sooner-- the last complex that I lived at (I won't mention any names, but it's just down the street) left me without air conditioning for almost two months. Katie, the office manager, and Dol, the maintenance technician, work really hard to make Sungate a fantastic place for residents. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Great living area, although there are car break ins and the lease is costly if you have pets

I have lived here for 3 years and love it here. The management rocks! I have never had to wait for any repairs in my apartment, and our maintenance man is always professional and polite. Our manager is always involved in the community, with events or upgrading our community. She is always polite and helpful. The residents are great! I feel safe as we are a gated community and have security. The area of town is convenient to shopping and other services. Great place to live!
