My dress took 8 weeks to be completed and was way to big. Then I'm asked to pay 60.00 Xtra dollars to send it back with 25% restocking fee . No thank you. I will never use them again . Horrible

Bought from them through Hudsons Bay in Canada, returned items I didnt want weeks ago and they still havent returned my $500. I called, left msgs, emailed them and The Bay contacted them numerous times and still nothing. They still have $500 of my Money in purgatory. Zero customer service. Mega disappointed and stressed to have this outstanding money floating around.

I have found communication to be a consistent issue with Dessy group. My biggest issue is that my bridesmaids ordered dresses in June which were supposed to be delivered by September 3 at the latest. Half of my bridal party received theirs the first week of August and the other half hadn’t received theirs as of September 3. The week of Sept 6 I attempt to call Dessy showroom only to find out they are not taking calls. Emails only. I reached out by email and only on 9/10 AFTER I had to reach out to them are they letting me know that the dresses are not coming due to COVID delays at the warehouse. Listen, I get it, everyone is having supply chain issues right now but they did nothing to notify me of this delay when based on the review a few reviews down, they’ve known about it for 2-3 weeks at a minimum. This should’ve been handled with a phone call from Dessy to the bride explaining and offering a multitude of options and an automated email to the affected orders as soon as they were aware of a delay. It shouldn’t have taken me trying to hunt someone down for a week via email. Dessy ultimately only wanted to offer 2 options that not only were hideous, but did not complement the current dresses at all and offered no way for my bridesmaids to get their money back but I cannot have my group in different dresses. Additionally, when were in the showroom, we we’re assured by our stylists that my remaining bridesmaids would be able to go to any location that carries Dessy and be measured for the dresses. We we’re told that we should order directly online and let our stylist know when the order was placed. I asked a number of times if these locations would be willing to measure even though we’re not buying from them and was assured that it would not be an issue. FYI- even outside of COVID, they only let you bring 2-3 bridesmaids) This was not the case, as all of my bridesmaids encountered the opposite- the locations that carry Dessy will not measure unless you are buying from them and we had been asked not to buy directly from them. Either Dessy showroom should have been clear upfront that they would not be able to offer anywhere for girls to get measured or they should not have asked that we purchase directly from the website (it’s not like it made a difference - based on the way that the dresses were shipping at random times, they clearly don’t go through the standard process of working on/sending each bridal party together) Unfortunately it seems like the focus here is only on making the sale but once you hand over the money, there is no further care taken. I sincerely hope no bride has to deal with the amount of undue stress that dealing with Dessy has added.
