Not justified higher prices, slower turn around time, the worst is how their tactic of bait and switch or boldly lying. Peter, who works at the midtown location told me that it was easy to get the stain out. When fail to deliver (as if no wash has happened), he just totally denied it saying that he told me yay it was impossible to get the stain out. Why would I pay for an expensive cleaning if you told me upfront that it was impossible to do???? Even his colleagues blurted out oh he should have never charged you. Be aware of the place !! The cleaner I use for my affordable close. Never had an issue, they pick up every Monday and the earliest they can return is Thursday.
