They made the process of getting a brand new phone fast and hassle-free. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this store to others. Definitely a 5-star experience!

        First Lady was eager to help, till a second lady showed up then suddenly the First Lady was no longer allowed to help me. The second lady then alienated me to the point that I refuse to give cricket any money. I spent an extra 100 dollars just to not give them money.

        I went to this Cricket store Saturday Afternoon and the girl working didnt even TRY to help me at all with my phone issue so i went to the Cricket store on University and THE LADY TRIED EVERYTHING TO HELP ME!!!! so i will NEVER go to the Cricket store on New Walkertown Road ever again for any of my Issues I will go to a Cricket Store where i know i will get the Help that i Need
