        F45 is an incredible gym! I have been going for the past two years and have enjoyed working with the supportive coaches and trying a variety of workouts. Dee, the owner, goes out of her way to foster an inclusive environment among studio members. I truly feel like I am part of a close community in Winston Salem because of F45. I am so glad I decided to join this studio!

        If you truly want to reach your health and fitness goals this is the place! I am almost 49 years old and am in the best shape of my life! This studio is clean, fun and caring. The trainers are always willing to push you and help you reach whatever goals you have yourself. (The music is great, too!) I have been to other gyms in Winston and this by far is THE BEST. The studio is so welcoming and new workouts and challenges are always on the horizon. If you live in the Winston Salem area, come give this place a try. Your health is worth it!

        As a former D1 athlete, I have spent the semester looking for ways to stay fit and strong while finding a community of classes to get involved in. Not only does F45 Winston provide both, but also makes me excited to get up and work out in the mornings (not something I could say before!). Their coaching staff is fantastic, and the friendships I have made through the studio have carried beyond classes. F45 is now my go-to workout as it pushes me every class! To make it even better, they always play some of the best music that always gets me hype. I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to get a great sweat, a great community, and a great time all in 45 minutes!
