The Cincinnatian Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

Rooms were ok but needed upgrading. Tub/shower handle kept falling off. None of my requests were paid attention to. Pretty much the exact opposite...( highest floor away from elevator) got 2nd floor close to elevator. Quite noisy. Staff was friendly and attentive

The rooms are a bit outdated. Flickering lights, old cd players and heated floor switches - none of which are functional. The room boasts a whirlpool tub, but those features don't work either. It wouldn't take much to address these details to bring the Cincinnatian back to what it once was. But it's still in a great location for a somewhat decent price.

This hotel has a lot of construction going on. Directions are quite confusing on GPS. Housekeeping was terrible. There were no trashbags for inside rooms, and I left a note on our door to have some left. When we came back, the pizza box was gone, and so was the note, but still no bags. After 3 calls, finally at 7pm, the manager brought some up. Checking out was a bit confusing on the Desks part, as we were told we could stay the extra night, but instead of only charging 280.00 for the extra night (a 100.00 more than the night before), they wanted to charge 410.00. After 30 minutes, that was straightened out, but it caused us to start out later than planned.

One of the worst hotels Ive ever stayed at. Old, poorly kept rooms. Incredibly loud. Switched 1st room due to AC not working. Moved to a second room where shower did not work. 3rd room was the size of a closet. Checked out a day early because Id rather pay double for another hotel than spend one more night in this hotel.
