Reserved a room for the 2024 eclipse. Overall great experience, for the price. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I think the staff did a pretty good job handling the complaining Karen's. This is not the Hyatt, but you're not paying for the Hyatt either.

The over night shift dude was very rude, the room we got didn't have a chair or fridge it had a desk n TV though one of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn hole in it, a hole in the wall the bathroom door had black mold the bathtub drain clogger was absolutely gross the bed stand had old sticky candy on the bottom and In the drawer the mattress was gross pool was closed after we called n asked if there was a pool to swim in, breakfast was terrible alot it was expired overrall I will not be staying there again absolutely terrible all the way around

The room was a nice size. It had a chair to the desk but didn't have a regular chair to sit in. It also had the most uncomfortable little pillows on the bed. Didn't have any kleenex, had to go buy some. Breakfast was nothing hot unless you made a waffle or heat up a breakfast sandwich in the microwave. Juice came out of the machine one day. Water came out of juice machine the next days. Nothing's perfect, and you just have to live with what you pay for. The female staff was very helpful.

I reserved 2 rooms and was only allowed to check into 1 because I put my husband's name on the 2nd room, even though it was under the same reservation.
Room was sub par. Old gummy bear on the floor, stuff stuck to the ceiling, wallpaper peeling, a fast leaking bathroom sink, & old used washcloth on top of the shower curtain. Beds seemed OK except my daughter (in 1 bed) got bitten by what looked to be a spider, and I also got bites that looked different from the other bed.
Pool was closed. Breakfast didn't offer anything both gluten and dairy free unless I wanted a banana/apple. For the kids, the milk for the cereal was sour. The strawberry and chocolate for the waffles tasted spoiled according to my husband. We did have to ask for regular syrup to be refilled, which they did, but didn't wash the container which was so gross it was stuck to the shelf it sat on. They ran out of waffle mix as we were making waffles and either didn't have another batch or refused to refill.
As my son said, "for a Quality Inn, they are sure missing the Quality." I would agree.
Also the hallways smelled of weed, which is gross but also I just figured someone staying there couldn't follow the rules. I see now there's other reviews saying the same so it seems like a trend rather than a one-off.
Would not stay there again.
