When my panic set in and my shuttle canceled on me last minute, I wasnt sure how I would get to the airport on time, but then I found A1! I was spoiled with meeting the owner of the company who didnt bat an eye at my urgent request and promised I would make my flight on time. He delivered on that promise!

Always professional and prompt. They've taken care of me and my mom, even with the annoying changes in times from the airlines, and didn't even charge extra for the flight delays!
Communication is always clear and easy. The rates are great, too. And they know repeat customers and take extra good care of you.
Really, this is the one place you can trust will never screw you over. Just be honest with your needs and you'll get taken care of.

I had a scheduled late flight coming in to CLE and needed a ride to a nearby hotel as the rental car center would already be closed. As it goes, the flight was delayed multiple times, and my arrival time was pushed 90 minutes later than planned. A1 worked with me through every delay and quickly got me to my hotel for some much needed rest. It was very reassuring to know someone was waiting in the middle of the night when I needed them.

Chris is the absolute best. Every time I had to go to the airport, he was on-time (or earlier) and nothing but professional. I had to go to the airport multiple times in the early hours of the morning and Chris was always there with a smile. I would recommend Chris and A1 to anybody.
