Ashley Village Apartments

I dont even know where to start from, if it is the lies or the horrors. Those people are horrible, they made us move into an uncleaned apartment after the departure of the former occupants because with bugs , they were supposed to fix it but never did and when we left after one year because we bought our own house they billed us everything that they were supposed to fix a year ago with so much more rubbish. Hell from day one till last day. No honesty at all. A very bad place to live. A form of racism they have, they look down on people. They are taking advantage of those who have language barrier a lot and they dont feel any kind of remorse.

Please don't let the picture on the website fool you. Horrible. Ruuuuuuunnnnnn. One of the nastiest apartments I ever stayed in. The one lady in the front office has a very nasty disposition. my neighbor around the corner had termites and a neighbor across from me had roaches.. as soon as I saw one in my apt I immediately broke my lease.. The only one good thing about this apartment is if you are in desperate need of a 4 bedroom they do have them. But beware...

I asked to pay rent late ONE TIME and was told Id get an eviction notice with about 3-400 in extra fees but Ive been waiting since the month Ive moved in to have repairs done on the water heater. Had to take cold showers ALL WINTER to allow my infant and fianc to have a hot bath (together but there wasnt enough hot water for them to take separate baths) they couldnt let me pay 10 days late but they can be 4-5month and counting late on hot water repairs. I am so miserable and feel they dont care about anything but their money

The potholes on their roads are the worst I've ever seen. I drive in and out of here every day, and it is very difficult to find any area where your car will not get torn up!!! It's very frustrating!!! How many will ruin their cars before something is done?I would never move in here if I saw those roads!!!

0 stars!! Not resigning my lease.Ive been here two years and have gone 6 months without a properly functioning garage and 5 months during the summer without a/c, on top of the maintenance does absolutely nothing, there are pit holes everywhere, there are lights burnt out everywhere and the neighborhood is dark at night, the gate has NEVER worked, garages have been broken into multiple times,houses have been broken into multiple times,the Wi-Fi is limited to spectrum, and they are so low on staff 24/7 365 that they cannot manage to fix a door handle or a screen door or a stove or any of the other many problems i and many of my neighbors have experienced and I think speak for everyone when I say these will never be worth anywhere near what they are asking on top of all of it they raise your rent 100+$ every year
