The new maintenance team is top notch. The old management was trash but now the whole team is awesome.

They ask for a deposit without letting you see the house. Then deny you a refund if you do not sign the lease. DO NOT pay a deposit without seeing the apartments first.

Since I have moved in last July the maintenance guys and front office have been nothing short of awesome for me.

Needs upgraded and for $850/mo I'd expect more. My son lives here and the utility bills are ridiculous for such a small place.
