Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center

Two months ago we went to the Four Seasons. The valet dragged our car across a concrete wall and did not tell us what happened. We have been dealing with their claims department for two months. A three hour dinner has cost us tens of hours chasing them for updates to resolve this. Really poor experience considering this is supposed to be a Four Seasons.

What took my breath away was their decor. The place looks fancy and exquisite. I dont know what the rooms Physically look like however, the restaurant was mind blown. Unfortunately, I found a bug in my food and my cup smelled like rotten egg, they did take my meal off the bill but they didnt even apologize. I was told that the manager was coming over to speak with usand no one showed up. Sadly, I will not be eating there again.

The hotel staff were phenomenal super attentive. I loved the wireless touchpad in my room for texting the concierge for any and all of my needs. Corner suite was fine. Turn down service was lovely with two bouquets of fresh flowers placed in different parts of my room. What could be improved is the food - truly one of the worst tasting burgers Ive ever had. They did however comp it when I checked out. Also the house car driver could have been a bit more polite or courteous compared to the other staff big difference in demeanor - I chose Uber after that experience. The room was overpriced for what it was but the concierge teams dedication to make your stay excellent made it worth it in the end.

What a spectacular view from the restaurant. The drink were very delicious and the service was top notch. I highly recommend having a few drinks here. Remember to make a reservation first.

I was just there on Friday for a friend's birthday gathering. The hotel, decor, and atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. However, the rest of the night was the worst dinning experience I ever had. Myself and the other guest started off with water and a round of drinks. We all decided to order food and all of our orders were taken. As an hour rolls by we realized there was no food coming out. We kindly asked the waiter why there was a delay. She said she would find out. When she came back the manager was with her, and they had everyone's food boxed and bagged up. We asked what was going on, then we were all of a sudden greeted with 3 men bouncers. Several of us tried to discuss the matter with the manager including myself. He was very rude, condescending, and smirked as he walked away in the middle of me talking to him. They tried to make us pay for cold food and was verbally aggressive to the guest of honor. The managers reason for us being asked to leave was that his gathering was over capacity, which he was not the case. There was no space in the area for anyone else's to fit. There was no communication between the establishment and it's patrons to even have an option of how they wanted to proceed with our orders. I was highly embarrassed and the aggression from the manager and staff was totally uncalled for. None of the guests were aggressive. Most just left without paying or taking the food. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate.
