As some others have shared in their reviews, there is no one on site here. You are on your own. I did not feel safe here because the front door was often left unlatched/unlocked. Was it locked at night? Who knows? There were also very rude and very loud guests in the common area from 11pm to 2 am and there was no one to complain to about it. I asked the people to quiet down at midnight and they were confrontational, sassy, and continued with their very loud partying. This situation could have easily escalated. Also no one addressed those concerns after reaching out by email and phone so clearly those concerns are not being addressed. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and updated and the bed was comfortable and is why I'm generously giving 3 stars.

Extremely fabulous studio apartments, top notch ambiance and amenities would highly recommend it. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gabriele, Renne, Charm and Jen who took utmost care of me during my stay. Once again thank you so much and god bless

Niche was a unique, spacious, and affordable option. I had family visiting me in University City. Niche was a cheaper option than nearby hotels. The units are apartment-styled and have great amenities. When we "checked in", we had a slight issue using the electronic key-pad on the door, but when we called the support line, they were able to get it sorted right away. Overall, it was an unconventional yet satisfying option!

I stayed here for 19 nights. It was my worst hotel experience. I wont recommend staying here. There are no onsite staff here. That means you cant store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late. That also means everything needs to be communicated via email or phone, which sometimes could be very slow. I spent my first three hours fixing the AC that was locked at 75 degree all by myself because the staff who finally picked up the phone after at least 5 calls needed to contact the building manager and then never got back to me with a solution. I learned through the whole Mitsubishi AC control manual to fix the problem myself because obviously I got no help from the hotel. The windows and walls are like paper thin, with two fraternity houses and one loud bar nearby. You can hear everything from the street and from your neighbors and it was just impossible to sleep well even with ear plugs. During our stay here, my colleagues and I have all different sorts of problems from AC, door lock, coffee maker, fridge, window blinds etc. One of our rooms was even double booked! Imagine some stranger opens your door with code randomly. This is like the least thing you would expect from a hotel. They say on the website that every room is unique. Yes, every room has unique problems! So good luck on that if you wanna stay here.

(Translated by Google) But I simply don't rent it again, due to the fact that if you need something there is no one to attend to you. Everything is through the post office. And I think there is no way to contact someone who can help you at that moment. A hotel is better. Here we could not control the air conditioning to our liking. The thermometer had no battery.
