I typically have a good experience in this store and the same young lady has checked me out almost every time Ive been in there. However that changed today! First of allthis store is in the mall which is rapidly declining. We went yesterday at 6:40 only to find out that AE closes at 6:30. So I took my daughter back today to purchase a dress that she wanted. We arrived at 6:00. After we found the dress an employee walked up to us to let us know that the dressing rooms were closed because they closed in 30 minutes. I asked why and she said because there were only two people working and they clean and close them early. This was utterly ridiculous! To expect me to overpay for a dress that cant even be tried on. And the amount of time she was arguing with me my daughter could have already tried the dress on! So we bought it anyway (although I wanted to walk away and have them lose a sale over a ridiculous thing) and she went to the restroom in the mall to try it on in case it didnt fit before we left. Brick and mortar stores are going out of business due to internet purchases- because who wants to walk in a clothing store and not be able to try on clothes!
