The staff at the Florence,SC store are not very friendly. Have been shopping at that store for many years and the staff they had today was the absolute worst. Will never shop there again.

Sales associate - Erica. She was extremely accommodating. Seriously, so kind. Ive been having trouble buying jeans/shorts. Im not knowledgable enough to know that different styles fit differently. She kindly let me know I may need to go up or down in certain styles, explained everything so nicely. Made sure I felt comfortable knowing that the size fluctuation is normal.
I had a bad experience at this store a couple months ago, but Erica completely turned it around for me. Best experience Ive ever had buying clothes ever, which would usually be a hard chore for me. Thank you Erica, you were amazing!

Clean and organized every time I go in. My only problem is most of the time they don't have my size jeans and shorts. But other than that the workers are friendly.
