This place needs to fire Deb. She is a prejudice bully who has consistently made fun of others weight, appearances, and disabilities to the point they have left in shambles. This is not someone who should be allowed in a customer service role, nor in a superior role. This woman needs to be fired or I will continue filing complaints. It is a such a disgrace when corporations keep horrible employees who ruin others reputation when them themselves are awful employees with no work ethic but running their mouth. Shame on you American Eagle and all district managers for not doing your job.

The workers are amazing. The fitting rooms need a little bit more lighting other than that the clothes are amazing customer service amazing.

Stopped in a few days ago and there were 3 teenage employees folding sweaters and chatting right at the entrance. They were not acknowledging anyone who walked in the door, and I walked the entire store AND tried on a shirt in the fitting room without a single word or look from anyone. As I passed them on my way out i heard multiple F-bombs and other non-work friendly language and STILL not one of the three said a word. I know that's just what the world is coming to when it's only teenagers in a store - but there no way I was spending money in there and didn't appreciate my toddlers hearing that either.
