I was having a mental breakdown concerning my IPhone. I went to the T-mobile on Congaree Road in Greenville, SC .
I was greeted promptly as I walked in by Michael Membreno
Micheal was kind and technologically savvy while assisting me with diagnosing the problem with my IPhone.
Most importantly he was patient with me and very knowledgeable. I left relieved, calm and pleased that my phone was properly working.

I went to this specific store because they are listed as a Corporate T-Mobile store and not a retail store thinking I would get better service. I was trying to upgrade to the Google Pixel 8 Pro because T-Mobile was having a promotion. I noticed while waiting that the store staff were pushing the customers to buy cases and protectors for their new phones. As soon as I declined and commented about the over salesmanship their service degraded quickly. I was told that I would have to change plans in order to qualify for the upgrade and I would be better off going through T-Mobile online. The bottom line is that I finally got the phone I wanted and I did not have to change my plan as I was told by even the manager of the store. I would never do business with this store again!

This store has the best employees. Michael is one of those employees that go above and beyond their regular duties. Since I have neurological issues, Michael was very kind and patient. He answered all of our questions and setup my phone. If you need tmobile service,... Michael is your go to guy.

Marlo was amazing! The best customer service Ive got from a service provider rep in a long time. Thank you sir for treating me like a person. Taking the time to talk to your customers is amazing! The reason I left Verizon because I didnt have a store front with a person to take the time to help like Marlon. Thank yall.
