      image I'm disappointed with the service I received at this location. I walked in, and theres a teller and a drive-thru
      bank member, which was fine. Within 5 minutes, more people came in. The drive-thru bank member suggested that if we were not getting a bank draft that she could help us in the drive-thru. Wait, what? I looked around and saw there were three other bank members sitting their cubicles, with no customers. I'm confused because they're not busy and the lobby was open and we chose to come inside. None of us left, we waited our turn. I had never experienced that before. Oh, I don't want to forget to mention that two minutes after that, she came over from drive-thru to assist. Really?!
