Rooms: Small rooms and was infested with roaches and the tv and refrigerator were barely working. Almost no water pressure in the shower.

We did not even make it to our booking date before cancelation. My husband called as he made a reservation through a third party but we wanted to see if we could use our tax exemption. We run a ministry and are coming in town to do some of the Lords work. The individual on the phone was extremely uncaring and wouldn't let us book through the hotel so that we could use our exemption. I have worked in hotels for years and the way the situation was handled explains the low ratings. We will be looking for another. Thank you.

Rooms are small and a lot of noise could be heard inside the room! Not to mention the ghetto was hanging out on the stairwells outside my door. Not very good for family. Pricing is the cheapest however

The front desk clerk stealing money they have a early bird special to check in by 11am and get the room for 59.99 plus tax get there the girl act like she didn't know what i was talking about but the sign is posted now she think it's referring to stayovers but she have to charge 20.00 for checking in before 3pm but the Receipt don't have the 20.00 included make it make sense
