The laundry room is overpriced and poorly maintenanced...We were kicked out due to smelling like smoke very heartbreaking when you have stayed over a year.JD judges on personal beliefs the maintenance man insisted that we were smoking in the room which was false he had covid at one point but management didn't warn people or stopped him from coming in rooms and I guess I don't get a deposit back that's there way of keeping your money false accusations but God knows the truth They will pay for there evil deeds some way one day.

Would give a zero if possible !!! The room was okay , felt unsafe with the so called employee on site would constantly follow us around . The manger JD is judgmental and rude . If you dont follow what he says he'll tell you to leave the property . He couldn't even tell me or show me the policy of the hotel ( which i read before booking ) housekeeping isn't even house keeping ; she didn't give any clean towels or bedsheets or even dish soap , all she did was change the tras and sweep the floor . ( something I can do myself !) The policy didnt state that housekeeping is mandatory JD the GM just made that up . Ive called other InTown Suites and they stated that its not mandatory . Telling guess fals information! I informed him that the policy never stated that and that the customer service representative told us it wasn't mandatory but was told by him it was . All they want to do is look into your room to see what you have and be nosy . From the maintenance , to the so called housekeepers and also mangers are all rude and judgemental . Didn't enjoy my stay at all within the time that was spent . I have the right to refuse from someone entering the room but was told other wise . Smdfh !! Wouldn't recommend this InTown property to anyone !!
Rooms: Was ok online showed a bigger room but once seen in person is pretty small .
Safety: The on-site employee will follow you if he sees your being suspicious . Which is discrimination!!! And the manger agreed with his actions !

let me begin by saying, I stayed here. the first month was okay. Besides management coming by smelling the door for smoke and Ants everywhere. If you like racist uncle Toms, who think the people who keep this business a float are lower or lesser than him. Be my guess stay with Mr. JD, from the leaky pipes, water filled carpets and fire alarms going off all times of night and day. Oh you're in for such a treat and management won't accommodate for such disruptions.
Rooms: small, even the premium rooms
Walkability: You can walk to many stores around
