Stay Away!!!!
The office staff is incompetent, the properties are dirty and unkept and they go out of their way to keep your deposit (even though the apartment was given back to them in excellent condition).
For what you pay here, find a house to rent

I would like to just express my experience from just looking to deciding to lease with Islandvilla. Im so beyond pleased. Irene and the entire office staff made the process so effortless on my end. I was promised miracles and thats what I got. And islandvilla got a new resident and she (me) is glad to call my new place HOME.

Had a good time living here. And Bo and Josh were amazing maintenance guys. Super friendly and always quick to help.
My issue was my leaving process. I discovered that I was lied to by the office team on how Jetty works. Never would have used it if they told the truth. They refused to admit any fault and just said I "should've read my lease agreement better". Offered no help or apology. Very unprofessional. One of the managers told me she would talk to the property manager and get back to me. A month and a half later I still hadn't heard from her. Guess she thought saying that would just shut me up and make me leave them alone. Do not recommend living here. It's a shame because I had a great experience other then the unprofessionalism of my move out experience.
