The Monarch Medical District Apartments

We love living here at The Monarch in the Medical District. Our building is well kept and our neighbors are very friendly. The management is always quick to respond to any repair needs. Our apartment is well designed, spacious and a joy to live in. The neighborhood is such a pleasure. We walk our dogs safely for miles on end, and enjoy walking to some of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. If you are looking for a great experience in city living with a friendly neighborhood feel, you have found it.

DO NOT RENT HERE. This place has been my home for four years and I am practically being forced out because of how nasty the outside areas are due to residents not picking up after their dogs. My dog has already been sick from terrible residents and lack of any enforcement of policy by management. We can't even use the dog park because of all the dog poop that is constantly there. I am breaking my lease early to get out of here. I am embarrassed to have given so much of my money to this place when there are far better places with far better resident responsibility enforcement. I shouldn't be so frustrated, but it's just that gross. I pay for amenities, but I can't use them. If you are a dog owner DO NOT LIVE HERE. Of course I'm paying two months rent to break my lease, whatever, that's typical, but since it's not the few days of the month where a bank draft is allowed for payment, I have to pay using a different payment method, thus incurring even more fees! As I said, DO NOT RENT HERE. Take your money elsewhere!!! This place is gross!!! The maintenance men are angels, though.

I absolutely love it here. The staff is so helpful and kind. Maintenance is prompt especially 24 hour maintenance. The community is quiet and comfortable and located close to the Magnolia shopping district as well as some of the best hospitals in Fort Worth. This is a lovely place to call home.
