The ONLY thing I like about these apts is the apt manager and my neighbors..
BUT
-We have NO MAINTENANCE
-We have NO LAUNDRY
-The homeless ppl from off the street think these apts are a good place to sleep at night
( they be under the stairs or sitting on the stairs doing drugs then get mad if you say something)

DONT MOVE HERE! They add unnecessary late fees, are full of roaches, rude office management, the whole place stinks and if it wasnt for the nice man that picks up trash every day there would be litter everywhere the list goes on and on please dont waste your time or money.

Place need to be tore Down Not Move here! These people need to be sued and put out of business for false advertising. We been here 10 months already in our second unit bc the bathroom caved in and water busted everywhere and ruined my apt plus maintenance used acid in my pipes above my shower and it busted everywhere Code compliance has done nothing! We currently are trying to move bc every apt is ruined and has mold! Patchwork everywhere just to take advantage of people that used to be homeless or people on Rental Assistance!
