Waterchase Gardens Townhomes

Beware! Youve been warned. The place was nice and safe before Calcap bought the property and took over as the management company. Security gates left open all the time for any and everyone to just come and go, but they advertise on the website private gated community. Pool is never open due to failed city inspections. (inspection report available on city code compliance website). Backyard/common area fences rotten and falling apart. Outdated units and they dont spend any money to update anything, but theyll use a rental algorithm system to raise your rent big time. The only good thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance guy Sean is great. Hes professional and does the best he can, even though he has no support from the incompetent leaders that run Calcrap. Do yourself a favor and check out La Jolla down the street, thats about what its like these days

Be aware of the property manager she is very unprofessional and dishonest. Good luck to anyone moving here. Also most of the 5 stars reviews are BOTS my 8 year nephew could figure that out.

Waterchase Garden Townhomes is the the best place to live at! So quiet and all neighbors are very nice! Management keeps Waterchase very clean and neat! Sean the property manager is the best manager, he is always ready to help you when you need help!
