        Can I just say even as someone who isn't a resident this place is incredible. It is truly a community within a community. Mesha takes the cherry on top! She is passionate about her job and is a true gem/host. She welcomed me and took me in and was SO THOROUGH with our tour. I would move in just to be able to Bring her lunch from time to time haha. Anyways. Apartments were clean and I was so shocked to see how clean the property was. It felt like people took care of stewarding their space and that can be hard in a building with such history. Loved my time. Would recommend!

        Excellent leasing staff! The lovely Mesha went above and beyond to help walk me through my entire move- in process. I had some personal hiccups to iron out in the beginning but she encouraged me and kept in contact until I was move in ready on my end. Complex is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Couldnt ask for a more helpful staff of young ladies and I look forward to residing here for years to come

      Welcome home to Homes of Parker Commons Apartments! Originally the first high school built in Fort Worth in 1910, our building was converted to apartment lofts in 2001, and is still rich in history today. We proudly offer inviting studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments, featuring spacious living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and generous storage space, creating the ideal space for both relaxing and entertaining! Select units also include vaulted ceilings and a private patio/balcony.
