    Apartments constantly flooding and have mold management knows about put in multiple work orders the manager just picked up the mushrooms growing out the walls with their hand and offer to send someone to clean it.

    If i could put 0 stars i would lets start with the leasing manager she's rude and disrespectful. I lived there for 2 weeks and somebody tried to break in my car. I had mold in my ac closet it took me to call code compliance for them to actually do something and all they did was vacuumed the water up and spray bleach and paint over it . the gnats are bad we made a cake for thanksgiving and they attacked the cake. when you call the police for the shooting they do not come .DO NOT OVER MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS

    Once again we're now in 2023 new management and still same issues, the difference is rent up but maintenance issues are the same if not worse.. animals in walls . I didn't think I had to pay rent for me and animals that live in my walls.. roaches are getting worse . I pay for bug control but I have not seeing anyone do that. Same issues call the office no one answered. Leave message no one calls back. It's a super sad situation. I will never er recommend anyone to live here. If I can help one family from moving here and living bad.. Still no help with animals in the wall and the bug situation is out of control. In your lease you monthly pay for pest control but there is no pest control. The woodlands wants you to use there pay portal. It charged me 30$ to pay my rent. They also want you to use there Portal to do maintenance request but it doesn't work. WOW If you call more than one time no answer just hung ups.Today is 8/22/2023 I can't get maintenance to fix my door. I can't llock my door.my apartment smells like mold and the AC and water heater is leaking water. November 2023 maintenance is not existing. New management MILDC.. no different than the past.. the maintenance and mail box area is still falling apart becareful because debree may fall on you. New management same problem. What's new but spray paint to tell you you can't park here.. what a joke.. I have repainted my apartment, my fiance has sealed foundation cracks within my apartment, fixed plumbing issues etc because maintenance never showed up. How sad is that. I hired a pest control company to spray my roach infested apartment. I can't and refuse to live in filth.. The Woodlands expect you to. Not I . I pay my rent ont time and only ask the WOOLANDS TO RESOECT THERE FAMILY WHOM LIVE HERE. NOT ASKING FOR MUCH.JUST THE SAME RESPECT

    These are starting to be the worst apartments ever. The system is always down and the office is always closed. They are charging late fees just because you can't pay your rent online and have to wait until they decide to open up. How do they expect people to pay when they're not even open. People have to work and when we get off it's late are your closed?
