    I've lived here for five months now and the Jameson is great! They are very communicative via email, text or phone call - you always know what's going on around the complex. Maintenance is awesome too. On the RARE occasions I've needed something fixed, they have responded within 24 hours. The complex is clean, and conveniently located close to the freeway and downtown.

    I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. To start, the two train tracks that surround the complex blast horns at all hours of the night, so you can say goodbye to a good night's sleep. The hallways are always disgusting, the gates never work, and I had packages stolen from the package room when it was broken into. I never felt safe; there are sketchy neighborhoods surrounding the area, and car break-ins were always an issue. Graystar is running a scam of a business. After finishing my lease and turning in my keys on the day my lease was up, I received a $1,800 bill for charges including back rent for dates after I had turned in my keys, along with a reletting fee. After receiving the bill and speaking with the incredibly rude property manager, they informed me the "reletting" fee was for giving a notice to not renew the lease a few days later than the required 60-day notice. I didnt remember turning in the notice late, so I asked for a copy of the form I signed with the date, to see what day I had given the notice. They informed me they had "lost" the form and that they would look for it and contact me back shortly. I myself contacted them five more times, and my partner called three times over the course of two months. They then continued to say, "We are looking and will contact you by the end of the week." Finally, two months later, I spoke to the assistant property manager. She stated that the form was lost and they forgot to scan it into the system, so the only information they had was a manually typed-in date in the computer, stating I gave the notice five days late. With how shady this place is, Im fully convinced they lost the form on purpose and logged an incorrect date to scam us out of almost $2,000. I wish I had turned this into a legal issue and taken this shady business to court. Save yourself the nightmare of this so-called "luxury" apartment and rent anywhere else. The management and complex itself are a complete joke. Make sure to read the other one-star reviews posted as well; it could save you from a nightmare called Jameson at the Bluffs.

    Going on my second year here, just renewed, and will have to say that it's the best apartment community I've lived in. The leasing office is friendly and attentive and maintenance always takes care of my requests. The amenities are some of the best. I myself enjoy the golf simulator and the pool. Can't wait for the pool party the staff gives each year.

image I've lived here for five months now and the Jameson is great! They are very communicative via email, text or phone call - you always know what's going on around the complex.
