Decent place for the price in Arlington. Good for young adults. Management is very responsive and maintenance is friendly and responds quickly. One thing Ill say about the pests, please read below: TIP REGARDING PESTS: For those with Roach problems, I found some products online that work REALLY well. Ive had a roach infestation at my unit, sometimes Id see them around and inside the dishwasher DURING THE DAY. While management did send out pest control, it didnt permanently resolve the issue. One thing that worked is gel baits by putting them around the place where you saw them (mainly the kitchen). Brands like Advion work really well. Theyre inside syringes, so all you need to do is apply a small dot around little crevices, such as under the kitchen bottom cabinets, inside caninets, around the dishwasher, under the fridge, and anywhere else where you might find them along the walls. Keep in mind this does have a lag effect about two weeks, but they work because roaches will eat them, take some back to their nests, and when they die, the others will feed off them which in turn also poisons them. Apply more every two weeks or so, they shouldnt appear ever again. Also MAKE SURE TO CLEAN. Leaving food and water around is why theyll come out.

Stayed here a little over a year. Constant problems with appliances, broken pipes causing flooding, broken toilet, cold shower water, broken stove top, broken disposal drain also causing flooding. Rodent problems. A dead mice was found in closet making the whole apartment stink on top of live mice roaming around. Birds got into my washer and dryer unit from outside due to a hole behind the washer I couldnt see it was about 4 of them 1 died I called multiple times to get help maintenance did not show until a week in a half later and I was forced to remove the birds myself. No cell phone service with in the apartment. Constant towing of residents cars.

Pros and cons I guess Pros: The apartments look nice because of the stainless steel appliances and countertops. Ive generally found the maintenance people to be helpful, parking is available in the lot and garage for a reasonable price, rent is affordable for the area, convenient location and very walkable which is great. Cons: Pests are a huge issue. I guess the owner of this complex just gave up on controlling this. When we moved in, roaches were crawling out of the garbage disposal and despite having pest control come for routine maintenance we still have em. The leasing agents will happily send you pest control again, its just that company will say theres no issues because they walk in for 5 minutes and dont see roaches (who are nocturnal and hidden during the day). All they do is put glue traps Ive also seen a mouse several times, definitely a jump scare. Not super sanitary. Theres a variety of people who live here. Some neighbors here are great and some are not so great. In my building there are families, and I like kids, but someones kids have taken out the fire extinguisher and sprayed it around twice now. Management seems to have acted on it but be prepared to deal with children who run wild here to be honest and also leave their trash all around the stairwell for the poor cleaning people :( Like I said, pros and cons. Not the worst place to live. If I didnt still have pests it would be great.
