My HVAC has been broken for over 6 months now. Ive put in a new maintenance request every single month but the problem has still not been fixed. Other tenants in my hallway are having the same issue and while they had provided space heaters for the winter the real problem has never been resolved. Ive put in multiple requests alone this month and have not gotten any response. Ive emailed the leasing office multiple times on top of this and again have gotten no response recently.

The office staff and maintenance are AMAZING. They also made sure the walkways were clear on both snow days last week.

We really enjoyed living at the Dominion and are definitely going to miss it. It's a great location with nice residents and wonderful staff.

I've lived at Dominion for at least 1.5 years and it's lovely! I love the giant window and view! Having lived in both a studio and one bedroom, I could go on and on about the pros and cons of the apartments themselves, but other reviews have already done a great job with those details. The by far the best part of Dominion is the staff. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and responsive, and everyone seems to be in a great mood all the time. All the community events are extremely well thought out and a blast to attend, even when attendance is sparse. Michelle is the heart and soul of this building. Anytime I've come to her in need, she goes above and beyond to help. She greets every resident with a smile and radiates a genuine excitement and kindness. She clearly cares very deeply, and always goes the extra mile to make every resident feel at home. Someone needs to give her a promotion because this building would be nothing without her! My only complaint is that the walls/paint peel extremely easily, even with the most delicate command strips. You can also hear lots of noise coming from the halls (possibly due hollow doors?) Sadly, I will be moving out once my lease ends due to rent increases, but this place will always feel like a home.
