I've lived here for a month now and it's been a great experience so far. Brenda, the manager, went above and beyond to help me with my move-in process and she's quick to answer any questions I may have. She is very personable and has longevity as the manager of the complex
The apartment is comfortable/cozy and I love that it has a wood burning fireplace.
The maintenance guys are thorough and have always been quick to fix any repairs that I had.
Overall I'm happy that I moved into Fairmont.

Do not rent from this company. Some of the apartments are moldy and management will not do ANYTHING about it. They have been informed so many times over at least a year and NOTHING is ever taken care of. This is a very dangerous and unhealthy environment for anyone to live in and can cause irreparable health issues. The apartment manager continuously brushes this dangerous situation off over and over again.
I did not say that I have rented there. I have a very dear friend who has been dealing with this for over a year and NO ONE will take care of this problem. All they are asking for is to move to a different apartment so that they don't have to deal with all the mold, and the office manager completely ignores there requests over and over and over again. Since they have been completely ignored I was hoping that exposing what they are dealing with might help. I will take my post down once I know that they have been moved to a non-moldy apartment and that their health is no longer compromised.
