This location is the worst. Just writing that I already know that T-Mobile is going to reply with "we're sorry you had a less than ideal....". My daughter and I came in to upgrade her phone and the short bearded guy who helped us started to visibly become more and more annoyed when I didn't want to get tmobile home internet, screen protectors or a case from them. When he brought the phone out, held onto it, then he asked again about home internet and when I said there's no way T-Mobile would ever match the deal and speed I'm currently getting, he said "fine" in an aggressive tone and slide the phone box over to me. Then he got up and walked away.
I'll be avoiding this location because unless you get one of the women who work here, every male here is an ahole. T-Mobile needs to do something about it because if this was the only location I had available to me, I'd throw away the 10 years I've been with them and go to someone else.

Definitely dont recommend this T-Mobile. I went here to get my screen protector replaced on January 31st. I was completely ignored. Two T-Mobile employees were chatting with each other, badges in full view. And no one acknowledged me or put my name on the waitlist. Normally, someone will at least put your name on a list, even when they cant help you right away. I waited 10 or 15 mins, and then walked out. I HIGHLY recommend the T-Mobile on Greenback and San Juan. They were friendly and immediately said good morning. After a few minutes, someone came over and put my name on the list. I asked the wait time and the employee said its a little long, maybe 15 minutes. I was helped and out of there within 30 mins. Amazing experience after the disregard at the Madison location.
Edit: I was not the only one they ignored, a few minutes before I walked out, and elderly woman walked in. She was still standing at the door, also completely ignored by the time I left. Hopefully she got helped. Who knows how long she waited.
