Never give second chances... RUN JUST RUN FROM THIS TREE COMPANY.....Idiots & very very rude. Never finished job removing stump. Called several times & they refused to finish job but they got paid. Asked when I was going to pay bill & I told them idiots I already paid & have the receipt they emailed me already to prove it plus my credit card statement. Freakin morons. STAY AWAY, FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY.

We did not hire this company. Our neighbor hired them to take down a tree that was close to our yard. I have nothing to say but good things about the guys who are actually working on the trees. The lady that works at the office is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. Told me I was lying when I have proof on my ring doorbell of things that were happening that we asked nicely not to happen. I drove home from work because they sent me to voicemail multiple times after she hung up on me and had everything resolved in minutes with the onsite team.
I would be happy to talk to a manager or owner to change my review. Front desk staff said this was not an option.

They cracked my brick walk and cement driveway when they cut down the neighbors tree. No reply when I asked them several times to come repair it . Would not recommend since we paid several thousand dollars in cash ! Service: Cabling & bracing

Driver of the black truck with trailer bent back my mirrors on my truck at quik trip while making a turn. When I told him about it, really only to make him aware of what he had done and nothing more, his reply was no I didnt and he kept walking. Ah yeah ya did I was sitting in the truck. Nothing was gonna stop this man from getting his lunch, not even a hit and run. 11/8 11:58 at quiktrip on little blue parkway.
