        They are running some sort of scam. They never pick up the phones. All communications are done through the website. The available apartments on the website are not actually available. They collect personal information through the application and then declared the property as not available. Do not put any personal information on their website. And not even think of paying $500 just to apply. This is absurd !!

        They have 3-6 phones set up and will not answer any of them. Is this some kind of money laundering scheme? EDIT: Their response still makes me believe this is all fake as can be lol

        They ask for $300 upfront for a floor plan deposit plus $200 in other fees for a lovely total of $500 just to submit your application. Dont even touch this with a stick.
