Went to the store due to the trade in promotion, manager assisted me while his two employes watched, manager ran my credit informed me I was approved and we started importing our numbers from T-Mobile over, the manger didn’t talk to me too much , I did ask how much my bill would be monthly with taxes and all he informed me about $120, after all was said and done I go home, a week later find out he signed my up for a business account without having even informed me or asked if I was wanted such account, hence I don’t have a business, then I find out he opened up to accounts for me and put my two lines in two separate accounts, adding an additional $200 to my monthly bill, luckily a rep fixed that for me over the phone, now I’ve received my 3rd bill and I’m being informed I’m going to be paying $189 a month, wth. Seriously regret having switched over from , T-Mobile. At t sucks, they throw in hidden fees. Do not recommend at all.

This is how at&t treat the loyal customer , after 2hours call and the issue can not fix !! dont change to ATT if you dont want to waste the time to call them , but They ONLY SAY SORRY AND CONTINUE CHARGE YOU . DO NOT PLAY GAME WITH AT&T
