        Media expert was helpful, many benefits as compared to other carrier, you still need to do your own research, some TMO workers at some locations are more receptive

        Im writing in regards to Sprint-Tmobile, not the store. DO NOT JOIN TMOBILE/SPRINT!! BEWARE!! They constantly make mistakes on the bill. This last yr, i had to call every month. Each phone call would take at least 2 hrs to get things straight. They have a dirty tactic of promising you a good deal for equipment, like get a tablet or watch for free...but then...you find all kinds of sneaky charges on your next bill!! They promised me a phone if I trade in my other one, then they said they never received my phone. I kept calling them and it magically appeared in their warehouse 2 Mos later. After that they added further insult by saying the phone didn't qualify...They REFUSED to return my phone to me!!! WHAT A FN NIGHTMARE.. And I was with them for SIX YEARS!! Protect your sanity...LOOK ELSEWHERE

        Bad experience. They lost my screen glass protector on my old iPhone when it was taken out. I was hoping to use the screen protector for another iPhone.
