    I came in to buy a pay as you go SIM card for my father in law since he was visiting from out of the country for 2 months. Ashley convinced made that if I opened a line I would get 2 lines for 90 dollars for 2 months which is the same price but for 2 lines instead of one as long as I opened a line for using my Id card and social. So I thought that made sense what normal person wouldnt do this right ? After she took my info and did gave me the 2 SIM cards I asked her for document for the service said I can see it in the app in 2 days. 2 days later I opened the app and it looked like there are 3 lines and 120 a month instead of 2 lines for 90 for 2 months. I came in to get it sorted out and they said dont worry about the 3rd line cause its free. I felt cheated because I came in told them my situation that I needed a 1 temporary line and was offered something that was cheaper and better and ended up with 3 lines. I told them I would like to cancel this and go with the one line pay as you go as originally requested. Since they activated it I had no choice but to pay the full amount and was told I have to call on the last day of the cycle. Moral of the story is be careful of some marketing or tactics this store might use to make you add unauthorized lines. They must get some commission off this and the second tip is make sure theres documentation and dont trust them when they say check the app in a couple days. in hindsight part of it is my fault for trusting her but I didnt think I would get conned by a team mobile employee in a team mobile store. As Im writing this review Im currently on the phone with team mobile its been 35 mins and counting to cancel this this service.

    I would give 0 if there were 0 star for this. The whole staff were so rude with terrible attitude. Especial there were two ladies, Tran and Jenn ( the supervisor/manager) I think. They are SUPER RUDE and MEAN. The guy was trying to help me to unlock the iPhone and contact the customer service. And they dont even bother to help us but talk badly in the back. The T-mobile overall is bad at training their employees. They do not even smile when the customers come in. They asked us to come back and back like a circle. This whole situation is the worst experience ever. I canceled the service and considered to come back. But not anymore. Will not recommend this store because of the worst customer service ever .

    I would give 0 star if I could. Worst customer service experience Ive had at a T-mobile store. Came to the store twice in a day for help because the website literally says show your government authorized photo ID at a store to change your information, but the only answer I got was We dont have access to this, you have to call instead. The girl who helped me has terrible attitude didnt seem to care about anything, just pretend she was on the phone the whole time and told me T-Mobile help line said you should call them yourself instead...and guess what when I tried calling T-Mobile again the answer I got was you cant change your information over the phone, you have to go to the store. It just keeps going in circles. Sad to say Ill no longer be a T-Mobile customer.
