The best tow company out there! I will not use anyone else! Have used them twice and about to use them a 3rd time. Honest, reliable, friendly, fast and professional. Honestly you are waisting your time if you go with someone else.

Our poor Jag had a flat rear tire, and we had put off having it fixed, then the battery died in it, and we HAD to have it towed. You'd be surprised how many towing companies ignore the details when you call in and ask for a tow.
The first company came out and had a hook & chain tow truck when we specifically asked for a low profile flatbed. I can't imagine the damage the car would have suffered from being towed with a flat rear tire or to the front if they swapped directions. So we didn't go with them.
We called US Tow & Transport - a little frustrated and frazzled from the previous towing company - but Jamie understood precisely what we needed and got a flatbed arranged. When Evan came out, he was a masterful pro getting our baby onto the flatbed - he made it look easy even though the angle was off and he was working in a shortened area.
While I don't want to need a tow ever again - if we ever need one - US Tow & Transport is the ONLY place we're going to call. If you have a sports car, low profile performance car, or want fantastic service - call these guys. You won't be sorry.

Couldn’t get to me within a certain time, the man who answered the phone offered to give me numbers to closer locations that would be able to help and I was reached in less the 30 minutes. Amazing customer service definitely recommend if anything were to come up in San Jose area. Thank you for your help!
