        I had such a good experience here that I wanted to be sure to leave a review. I think Rich was the gentleman that helped me and my boyfriend with a truck/dolly return. I had had an incredibly negative experience with the Budget location in Lexington KY for my one way rental that I was fully expecting the same terrible customer service from all locations. This location at Tripps was exceptional and helped me understand my receipt before I left the location. He clarified the policy on deposits and I left feeling really good about my experience there. Super helpful. I'll never use Budget again, but I would feel very comfortable going to him with other business as he seems very honest and straightforward. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
